Conditions
Paraflex LED luminaires, when properly installed , and under normal conditions of use, are warrantied against mechanical defects for a period of five years from date of shipment. Damage incurred in transit or from handling is excluded from the terms of this warranty. When customary minor assembly or corrective expenses are involved, it is the Contractor’s obligation to make corrections or adjustments at its cost and expense. Paraflex uses only electrical components which are produced by responsible manufacturers.
At its option, Paraflex will repair or replace any fixture or component deemed defective as provided herein if such fixture or component is returned by the purchaser to Paraflex within five years from the date of shipment, freight prepaid, and provided Paraflex has issued a written “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA). Such repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy against defects and Paraflex is not responsible for damage of any sort whatsoever, including incidental and consequential damages or losses.

Fixtures or components that may fail in service within the warranty period under normal use will be repaired or replaced FOB our factory. Paraflex will not assume labor or transportation charges in connection with replacement of such parts, nor for removal or re-installation of equipment or parts, nor for consequential damages or losses. Paraflex, at its option, may require purchaser to file claim with, and coordinate replacement or repair directly with the component manufacturer.
“Failure” is considered three non-operating LEDs on a given module or one non-operating COB chip, or a non-functioning driver.
This warranty extends only to replacement of defective luminaires or components and no allowance will be made for labor or transportation charges in connection with replacement of such parts, nor for removal or re-installation of equipment or parts unless specifically authorized in writing by Paraflex prior to any work being performed.
This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper installation, Force Majeure, water ingress, acts of God, vandalism or civil disturbances. Purchaser must notify Paraflex in writing within 60 days of noticing the defect.
No deductions may be made from remittances without written authorization from Paraflex.
Paraflex reserves the right to change the warranty period without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.
The above warranty applies to all LED products purchased at time of sale. Paraflex reserves the right to change future warranty periods on future sales without prior notice.
